
Kathy Peak's singing career just started two years ago during the winter here in the Desert of Southern California. She immediately became a hit with the RV crowd with her soprano voice singing in church services, variety and talent shows. Her repertoire includes the National Anthem, Patriotic Songs, Standards, Broadway and Musicals, Sacred Hymns and popular Gospel songs. Her voice range allows much versatility in choice of music. Each concert is unique and different with special songs selected for her audience.
Kathy grew up in Northern California on a dairy. She has been a missionary, teacher and a homemaker. For over thirty-five years she ha performed the national anthem at local, regional, state, national and international venues.
She was guest soloist for the 2006 Labor Day Sunday service at Mount Hermon Christian Conference Center in Northern California and has appeared in the talent show with the Mid-Winter Bible Conference in Indio, CA.
She was featured with the WBCCI Airstream Band singing "Mary Poppins" in a special showcase concert at the 2007 Airstream International Rally in Perry, GA.
Her only formal instruction hs come while attending the Steve Hurst School of Music in Nashville, TN for two years. Her teachers, members of some of the leading Southern Gospel Music groups in America, gave high praise for her quality, timing and delivery.
Kathy was broughtin from the West Coast to perform the National Anthem, The Lord's Prayer, and a concert for the Ladies Luncheon at the 2007 Blue Bird Custom Coaches 20th Rally in the Valley in Perry, GA.
She has completed her first two CD's titled, Unforgettable, featuring the Standards and Show Tunes, and her Gospel and Hymn album, I'd Rather Have Jesus.
Kathy is currently on a nation-wide tour performing for audiences at RV parks, rallies, churches and Christian groups. She is becoming known as the "Lady Crooner" and is a "STAR" in the making.
